All our villas are currently located at the La Marquesa Golf Course at Ciudad Quesada and all are within walking distance of the golf course, club house and local restaurants, bars and shops. They all have access to swimming pools, so after a day on the golf course, what better way to unwind than in the pool? Eating out is such good value for money. Many of the local restaurants (some only a couple of minutes' walk from the villas) offer a set menu which includes wine and is often 3 courses for 10 euros per head or less!
All La Marquesa villas are privately owned, so internal furnishings and layouts vary, but all are well maintained and looked after by our local agents.
All rentals include car hire - either a Ford Focus Estate (1600cc 5 doors, 5 seats with air conditioning), or two Ford Fusions (1400cc 4 doors, 5 seats with air conditioning). Whether one or two cars are included will depend upon the number in your party. The hire is for unlimited mileage, fully comprehensive insurance and includes VAT. The only extra is fuel.
