Ciudad Quesada for golfing and family holidays

Ciudad Quesada is the ideal location to base a golfing holiday. It's also a wonderful place to take all the family. It has its own town centre with a good choice of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, medical centre (24 hours) and pharmacy. It has an Aqua Park which offers fun for all the family and for swimmers of all abilities. It's a great place to relax and take time out from your normal working life. Both Tony and Peggy have spent many happy holidays here with their families and in their opinion it's one of the nicest developments along this stretch of the Costa Blanca.
Ciudad Quesada is situated only about 10 minutes by car from the most superb sandy beaches at Guardamar del Segura, so, if you want to spend the day on the beach, you won't have to drive far. Guardamar is a very Spanish seaside town and is a great place to eat out and sample the local seafood. The night market, which stretches all the way down the main road to the beach, is a must for those holiday souvenirs. In the summer, there is a fun fair for those who would like a bit more excitement. There is a lovely park and children's playground for the very youngest members of the family. The Moors and Christians Parade in the summer (normally towards the end of July) is spectacular and culminates in the most fantastic firework display.
Torrevieja is probably the largest seaside resort and about 15 minutes' drive from Ciudad Quesada. If you are looking for nightlife in abundance, you will find it here. If you would like to take a boat trip, practise water sports or perhaps have a day's fishing, you will almost certainly be able to book what you want at the Torrevieja harbour.
Further afield - A great day out for all the family is Terra Mitica, the Spanish theme park, with some great rides and plenty to see - the water rides are a must when it's hot!
